Retirement Community containing 124 units
of independent living villas, 200 independent
living apartments, 60 skilled nursing beds,
and 28 assisted living units. The project
is located on 94 acres of rolling hills
in Whitemarsh Township just outside Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania and near the architecturally
and historically significant suburb of
Chestnut Hill.
