EGA designed its first Continuing Care Retirement Community in 1966. Since that youthful initiation into the senior’s market the vast majority of EGA’s work has been the design of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Assisted Living Facilities, Long-Term Care Facilities, Alzheimer’s Units and Hospices. In more than 120 senior projects, over 20,000 dwelling units in 17 states have been designed by EGA.

Working with visionary clients, we have long been involved in the development and evolution of new ideas and better ways to serve the needs of the elderly. Our innovative and sensitive designs have defined senior living as it exists today.
