• 65 Assisted Living Apartments
• 12 Memory Support Studios

Located close to Boston in Wilmington, Massachusetts, Windsor Place at Wilmington expands the existing Woodbriar at Wilmington facility assisted living apartments and memory support apartments in a 3 story building. The project makes efficient use of a small site, incorporating three distinct enclosed courtyards to provide resident access to the outdoors in good weather while maintaining privacy.

The project includes significant amenities for the residents, including formal dining served from the on-site kitchen, beauty salon, exercise room, bar/pub, library, multi-purpose and country kitchen/activity areas. All of the amenities are a short walk from the residents’ spacious and bright apartments. Corridors throughout the facility feature seating areas with large windows.

The memory support unit provides the safety and security necessary for residents with dementia, while still providing the freedom and opportunities that add richness to the lives of those living there.
