AT A GLANCE

Independent Living & Skilled Nursing

  • 81 Independent Living Apartments

  • 41 Skilled Nursing Beds

  • Outpatient Rehabilitation Services

Situated at the tip of Cape Cod in the historic fishing port of Provincetown, Massachusetts, Seashore Point (formerly Cape End Care Campus) provides continuing care to the Cape’s outermost senior community.

This project reflects elements typical to the Cape Cod coastal vernacular: steep roof lines with dormers, wood shingles, and cupolas, yet maintains the residential scale of the surrounding neighborhood.  The tight site design allows for landscaped courts that connect with adjacent town recreational areas.

Seashore Point includes 81 independent living apartments, 41 beds of skilled nursing (which replaced an outdated facility owned by the town,) and outpatient rehab services.  The common areas of the building are located on its upper floors to take full advantage of the available views.  The site also offers underground parking beneath the second phase condominiums, which were completed in March of 2014.
